Vinification and Maturation<\/h5>\n\n

Short cryo-maceration process before soft pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation in small oak barrels. We leave the wine to refine for two months on the fine lees, before proceeding with bottling<\/p>\n\n

Tasting notes<\/h5>\n\n

Straw yellow illuminated by green gold, of important consistency. Intriguing aroma of yellow apple and ripe, sweet and juicy pineapple; invites you to dive into the glass, in an intense succession of broom, wild flowers and mint, as pleasant as a lazy summer afternoon. White pepper, cotton candy and vanilla remind us of the encounter between wine and wood which, discreetly, gives roundness to the sip and sweetens the citrus fruit. The heat is delicately perceptible and the soft mandarin acidity is persistent and intertwines with the varietal aftertastes of ripe golden apple and elegant almond. The flavor of the wine is marine, almost brackish, elegant and persistent. <\/p>\n\n
